Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 July 2026

Start With Heart respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, how it is used and how you can get in touch about it. It is written in plain language and is not intended as legal advice.

What we collect

The only information this website asks for is what you choose to share through the enquiry form:

• Your name
• Your business name (optional)
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• The details you provide about what is happening
• Your preferred way to be contacted

To help keep the form free of spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused challenge that does not track you across websites.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to provide the consulting support you have asked about. Your information is not sold, and it is not added to any marketing or mailing list.

Who can see it

Enquiries are sent directly to Todd at Start With Heart. We use reputable third-party providers to host the website and deliver email (currently Cloudflare and Amazon Web Services), who process the information on our behalf and only as needed to run the service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond and to support any work that follows, after which they are removed. Sensitive enquiries are treated discreetly.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Just email todd@startwithheart.com and we will help.
